By using our service you overtly agree to be bound by terms and conditions of Bahf. We may choose to review or modify terms and conditions whenever we decide, without any notice or dispute, therefore it is your responsibility to read and ensure you are snug with them before using our services.

Website Project Travel and Expenses
Travelling to and from the customers premises is not generally included in our estimates. However Bahf reserves the right to charge the client at our current travelling expense. There will be no charge for travelling time or expenses incurred during the quotation process From second day unless the meeting point is outside of North, West or East London (England) i.e. before you give your approval of the website project to commence.


No Fix No Fee (Computers):
No Fix No Fee policy applies only on computer repairs and computer upgrade. However the client has to agree for travel expenses outside North, West, or East London and it should be within working hours. Out of working hour will be charge as overtime fee without any argue. Our overtime rate is £40 per hour after an hour then you will be charge £15 per hour because we believe most of the problem resolve within a the first an hour on the client premises.


Consultation
A free fifteen munities consultation is available either in person or over a phone on website related while on computers repairs/upgrade and PC bespoke is twenty minutes. Any additional time will be charged at £40 per hour  which should be paid at the end of the consultation in cash/cheque or credit/direct debit for the first day is to cover the paper work. After that any amount charge will be included in the quotation price of your project.

Return Policy (GPS):
Once you have received your return policy number simply box your TomTom, PDA or Mobile phone ship it to us our address.You will be notified within 3 working days after we have received the item(s) as to the cost associated with the repair or upgrade of your device, if you do not choose to go ahead with your repair or upgrade for any reason you will be charged £15 + VAT to cover the cost of the inspection of the device. You will also be charged £7+ VAT to cover the cost of return, which include returns insurance. We do not admit to up hold new TomTom spares as supplied or authorised By TomTom nor do we accept liability or consequential loss due to using parts supplied by third party companies.


General Quotation
The price quoted to the client is for the work specifically agreed to the website or computer repairs/computer bespoke or computer upgrade only. Should the client require additional work to be done then the client must agree to add it to the total cost to the quote of the projects.

Website Quotation
Our payment policy for your website design and solution projects is that half the total cost of the project should be paid forthright as a deposit before any work begins. Once the project has been fully completed as agreed then the remainder of the total cost is due immediately and must be paid before the website project will fully released.

General Payment Methods
Unless otherwise agreed payment(s) are only accepted by cash, cheque or credit / debit card.


Website Refund Policy
Commence on a website design and solutions advance payment(s) are not refundable and must not be squabble by the client.

Future Support

Your website will handed over as fully functioning, completed work. Bahf will not be responsible for future support unless the client subscribes to one of our support packages. However Free support on computer repairs and computer upgrade on phone and one free callout within it guaranteed.

 

Future Site Problems
Problems caused by malicious software, viruses, spyware and website hacking are a fact of life on today's Internet.  It is highly implausible that these will affect your website and Bahf will make an effort to protect it from this as much as we can during the creation of your website, but after the website is handed over to you we cannot be held responsible for problems caused by illicit activity or the actions of others, these futures are only for website project.


BAHF Intellectual Copyright (website):
Bahf holds logical copyright of any material, including source code and original images or animations created for the client until payment is fully paid by the client.

Clients Responsibilities with Regard to Copyright (website):

In situations where the client provides images, text, animations, layout or any other content for their website they are officially responsible for ensuring that the material does not contain any copyright.
We do not hold the rights to your website or its contents after final payment to us but we empathetically ask that a small reference to us be place on your website at a location we specify so that we can continue to breed as a business. Thank you for your amalgamate and understand Bahf.


Website Success
The client is responsible for the success or failures of their website business; Bahf takes no responsibility for it enlargement or shrivel of your website.

Domain Name Registration and Hosting
The hosting is for our client project, however all third party costs arising from the registration of domain name(s) and website hosting shall be met by the client.  If the client does already have a domain name and wishes to use our hosting, then we will do so. Our hosting environment will be managed for our client's project; therefore we reserve the right to use only this hosting provided by us (Bahf) for the benefit of our client.

Client Content Responsibly
You are responsible for providing content for your website project(s) at time we specify. If you fail to provide content when it is needed, then we will put your project on hold for a week and change the agreed deadline to a more suitable time that we all agree on. If we do not receive content after 3 weeks we will notify you for additional one week if no any positive result then we reserves the right to close your project and you agree to pay the remaining deposit in full of any outstanding balance. Please ask us for further details on these contents.

Concepts and Proposals
For websites costing £900 or less only one free mock up will be provided if necessary.  You should therefore ensure we have your preferred colour schemes and design requirements ahead of time. This is because it takes a lot of time to create a mock up; however, all websites can have up to three design proposals. For websites costing over £1100, three mock-ups will be provided if necessary two of which will be free and the other added to the total cost of the project.
Cancellation
Should the client wish to cancel at any point during the process they shall remain accountable for the work that has taken place and shall be invoiced the balance accordingly to their project without any argument.


Project Deadlines
At times we get tremendously busy and we reserve the right to extend any deadlines we may have agreed by maximum of 4 working days. We will inform you if this is necessary precipitately.

Working hours
Our working hours are from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm on Monday to Friday and Saturday 9.00 am - 9.30 pm. We are closed all day on Sunday (we have other errands too, never said that is also for us to regain the strength from the hard work to the next working day). If it is really important then you can still call us but you will be charged £100 per hour for any work you specify we do on that day.

Legal Actions
We are rational, genial and flexible people and if you have any issues with us (Bahf) then you agree not to take any legal actions against us but instead resolve any problems between us without linking any third party. Having said that, we are confident that you will not encounter any problems with us.
Having said that, upon payment of the deposit, you agree to be bound to the terms and conditions of Bahf.
